Our candles are made with cotton wicks to ensure a clean and pleasant burning experience. For best results, always burn your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface and away from drafts.
4. How should I care for my candle?
For the best experience:
- Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn.
- Keep the candle away from drafts, children and pets.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
5. How long does it take to dispatch an order?
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service.
6. What are the shipping charges?
- Delhi NCR: ₹60 for orders below ₹599. Free shipping on orders of ₹599 and above. Delivery is available across Delhi, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, Noida and Greater Noida.
- Rest of India: Shipping charges depend on your delivery location. Free shipping on orders of ₹599 and above. Please contact us via Instagram DM with your PIN code to confirm delivery availability and shipping charges, and to place your order.
7. Can I place a Cash on Delivery (COD) order?
Currently, all orders at Izaara are prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at the moment.
8. Can I cancel or return my order?
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Returns are not accepted for change of mind or fragrance preferences. However, if you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, you can request a replacement or refund. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
9. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and an unboxing video of the product and its packaging. We will be happy to assist you.
